PRICING POLICY
Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities.
If a product purchased at Service Course is reduced in price after your purchase, we commit to offering you the difference in the form of a gift card. Your request must be made within 10 days of your original purchase.
Service Course reserves the right to accept or refuse a price match request at its discretion.
We reserve the right to accept, refuse, or limit your order for any reason.
Sales are final on bicycles.
CERTAIN CONDITIONS APPLY
Items subject to the best price guarantee must be identical.
The competitor must be a recognized Canadian merchant authorized as a retailer of the targeted product.
Publication errors of any kind will not be honored.
We will not match the price of an out-of-stock item.
Service Course will not honor supplier promotions, wholesale sales, liquidation sales, manufacturer sales, closing sales, and special prices granted to club members.
All price match requests must be verifiable; we require a copy of the advertisement, complete with the store name, promotion date, and model number. All price matches are subject to in-store approval at the time of purchase.
This pricing policy applies to the pre-tax price only.
We will match our own price if we lower the price of an item within 10 days of purchase with the original receipt.
EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
EXCHANGE
Refund
We are happy to refund or exchange new, unused merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase upon presentation of the invoice.
For safety or hygiene reasons
The following products cannot be returned or exchanged: cycling shorts, bib
Any refund of a purchase made with a gift card will be applied to a gift card only.
The value of a gift card cannot be replaced in the event of loss, theft, or unauthorized use.
Deposits are refundable using the same payment method.
LAYAWAY
Layaway is valid for a period of 30 days.
WARRANTIES
Service Course is happy to assist you with your warranty cases.
Service Course adheres to the warranty rules and policies in force at each manufacturer. Warranties are assumed by the manufacturers.
Replacement, credit, or repair is at the manufacturer's discretion.
To honor its warranty, the manufacturer requires;
The original purchase proof.
Warranties apply only to the original buyer and are not transferable. Except for some companies that offer warranty transfer.
Service Course offers the service of returning to manufacturers. Transport fees applicable for some manufacturers.
Warranty timelines are beyond the control of Service Course.
Service Course offers a one-year warranty on the mechanical adjustment of bicycles following the purchase date.
This warranty does not cover abuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
